Our Cancellation Guidelines
If you need to cancel your appointment with Lakeland Foot & Ankle, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Please familiarize yourself with the following requirements.
24-Hour Notice
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when you need to cancel a scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
Missed Appointments
A $10 cancellation fee also applies when a patient does not attend a scheduled appointment without canceling it.
Payment Before Your Next Visit
Any applicable $10 cancellation fee must be paid before your next appointment.
Need to Cancel Your Visit?
If your plans change and you can no longer attend your appointment, please notify our office as early as possible.

If your appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours remaining, a $10 cancellation fee will be assessed.
No-Show Appointments
If you miss your scheduled visit without attending, the same $10 fee will be assessed. The fee is payable before your next visit.
